Glamour Tagger is a companion plugin designed to help you tag, flag, organize, and filter all items effortlessly, bridging the gap between massive item databases, your installed mods, and your glamours.

This mod wouldn't exist without Glamourer and Penumbra. Huge thanks to its developers for the incredible tools, the inspiration and integration capabilities!

Glamour Tagger works completely standalone!

However, installing Glamourer (for character previews) and Penumbra (for mod tracking) unlocks its full potential.

### Why I made this?

When building a glamour, I often scroll through literally thousands of gear pieces - pants, gloves and boots - one by one, just to find those items that fit my mix-and-match idea, even if I knew what type of gear I wanted. I always felt Glamourer was missing a proper tagging system thus.

I also wanted a quick way to mark items other than having one favorite baselist — whether to make decisions for a current set when choosing between items, or to flag cool pieces I want to build a glamour around later.

So I built Glamour Tagger to fix that headache, so I can spend less time mindless-scrolling through database lists and more time actually putting together great outfits!

Introducing Dye Sets (more Glamourer Integration)

• []Dye Previews: Select a Dye Set to preview items with dyes applied in both Glamourer and Fitting Room modes.[/]

  []Click the swap icon inside a dye set to swap primary/secondary dyes, and use the Brush icon to apply any dye set to one or more selected equipment slots without having to activate that dye set globally.[/]

  []Fitting Room Assistant: Native fitting room previews track state via the Fitting Room Memory Assistant window.[/]

  []Revert Character to Game State: Click the button to instantly reset your character's appearance back to their actual in-game look. [/]

Modder's Paradise feature update (Penumbra & Glamourer IPC Integration)

• []Dual Ring Previews: Toggle Left and Right Ring previews independently for both hands.[/]

  []Affecting Mods Column: See exactly which item is modded and which Penumbra mods are affecting it directly in your list.[/]

  []Mod Filters & Overrides: Filter items by mods. If a mod is broken or only partially installed, manually mark it as "Demodded" or "Unusable" to keep your lists clean.[/]

  []Penumbra Cache Notifications: Receive notifications when Glamour Tagger reloads Penumbra caches, with options to jump directly to modified items or apply them to your character straight from the window.[/]

  []Standalone Failsafes: Runs smoothly even if Glamourer or Penumbra are not active.[/]

Tag, Flag & Organize: Assign custom tags for items on the fly. Flag Favorites or Wish-lists with 5 different categories.  Sync favorites directly from Glamourer.

Tag Management: Rename tags, customize badge colors, and backup/merge in tag and flag collections via JSON export & import. (You may even find an example tag collection on the GitHub page.)

Advanced Filtering: Filter by anything and have shorter item lists to go through for your glamours. Use the equipment bar for quick slot filters as well. Now you can filter with your mods as well.

Instant Preview & Fast Scroll: Preview items one by one or rapidly cycle through items on your character. Switch between Glamourer Preview and Fitting Room.

Convenience Tools: Link items directly to in-game chat with a left-click for the in-game tooltip, or open item pages in Garland Tools, Gamer Escape, and Teamcraft for details or sources. Customize icon sizes in your filtered lists.

Automatic Backup: The plugin now automatically creates backups periodically and before imports. Manage and restore your backups via the menu.

### Installation (Custom Repository)

To install this plugin via Dalamud:

1. Open Dalamud Settings in-game (`/xlsettings`).

2. Go to the Experimental tab.

3. Add the following URL to Custom Plugin Repositories:  `https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rhiania/GlamourTagger/refs/heads/main/repo.json`

4. Save, open Plugin Installer (`/xlplugins`), search for GlamourTagger and install.
