March Expanded - A Tsundere Dialogue Overhaul

March Expanded is a dialogue overhaul for March (obviously) that replaces a large majority of his dialogue as well as adds over 100 brand new lines of dialogue. As of the Event update (2. 0), it also tweaks him vanilla heart events and adds 4 new heart events at heart levels 1,3,5 and 7.

The goal of this overhaul is to create a more defined enemies-to-lovers arc where he is meaner to you in the beginning and gets softer as you get to know him. His tone of voice was also refined throughout all his dialogue to make it more consistent, even at higher levels.

What was overhauled so far:

• []Individual dialogue lines: Banked, general, gift, festival, museum, market[/]

  []Friday night at the inn conversations[/]

  []All heart events (each heart level from 1-7)[/]

How to trigger the modded events:

1h: have the mines unlocked, walk into the Narrows

3h: have at least lvl 10 blacksmithing, walk into the bathhouse change room after 9pm

5h: walk into the inn after 9pm

7h: after receiving a letter from March, walk into the bathhouse change room

Dialogue

I can only guarantee compatibility with dialogue mods that either I or the other mod's author maintain a compatibility patch for. So far, these are:

For other dialogue mods, please try to load ME after the other mod you are trying to play with. If this doesn't work, let me know and request a compatibility patch in the discussion tab.

Portraits

• []For Sweaty March, all you need to do is download the Sweaty March compatible version.[/]

  []For portrait mods from other mod authors, make sure to download both the regular March Expanded as well as the Portrait Compatibility Patch. [/]

  This mod has only been tested with a MOMI installation. I can't guarantee it will work any other way.

  • [] Make sure you are using the most recent stable version of MOMI from Nexus[/]

    []After dowloading the file, unzip it into your mods folder. This will likely be found at:

    ProgramFile (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Fields of Mistria > mods(if the folder doesn't exist, create it manually or follow the MOMI instructions to create it).[/]

    []Uninstall & reinstall all your mods.[/]

    []Launch the game.[/]

  Uninstalling the Mod

  You can uninstall this mod without causing any issues with your save. However, it's very important to complete any ongoing modded quests before uninstalling the mod.

  Currently, the only modded quest should be: "Bathhouse Emergency"

  If you uninstalled  the mod and it caused your save to be invalid, please send me a DM with your save file and I'll be happy to fix it!
