A perk that allows you, in effect, to skip taking a perk at any level without touching the files that govern leveling up.
The "Null and Void" perk does nothing at all. In fact it disappears from your Pipboy "Perks" List within five seconds of choosing it. The purpose of this perk is to allow you, in effect, to skip taking a perk at any level without touching the files that govern leveling up. If you want to take a 'real' perk only on leveling up to an even-numbered level, you can. Every three levels, as in Fallout and Fallout 2, that's OK, too. Use a Fibonacci series ...
The IDs of the script, quest, and perk used in this mod all begin with NANDV.
Standard installation.
Should be compatible with anything. Back-up your save just in case.
Load Order shouldn't be a problem.
