UPP Beverages - Point Lookout Patch

I\'m a big fan of TheFakeEmpire\'s Ultimate Perk Pack modules (http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1409), especially the beverage perks which enhance alchol for characters with the right perks. Unfortunatly, the perks only work for the vanilla game drinks, so the new perks don\'t have any effect on Point Lookout\'s Moonshine. I decided to modify the mod for PL compatability, and thought other people might find it useful as well. I tried to contact TheFakeEmpire, but so far have recieved no reply, so I\'ve decided to put this up myself. I\'ll take it down if asked to. All credit should go to TheFakeEmpire, I\'ve just made minor compatability tweaks.
