Changed the dialog when you receive good or bad karma into something little more funnier. Radiation message, broken weapon, being addictive and more have been change to add more humor to the guy

- It takes the vanilla quotes of: Fast Travel, gaining/losing karma, gaining/losing Radiation and so on, and replace with humor similar (or at least tries) to that of Fallout 2 humor.
