📋 About This Mod

This MOD makes Meat Piles glow 1 of 4 colours and 2 different glow types. I found while I was doing a nuke event that I could not find the bodies of the legendary enemies I had killed as they had all turned into Meat Piles.

Meat Piles are almost impossible to see during the nuke event due to the red tint on everything and the flora blocking the Meat Piles, this mod is a perfect fix.

This mod has kind of been made obsolete because Bethesda thinks it's ok to just steal people's mods and stick them in their games, they didn't take my glowing vein versions tho so i will leave this mod up.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Community-approved with 1,173 endorsements and over 26k downloads.
  • Solves a real gameplay problem: finding legendary bodies in nuke zones.
  • Lightweight and easy to install—no complex dependencies.

⚠️ Cons

  • Last updated in 2018—may not be compatible with current game patches.
  • Author mentions Bethesda added similar features, so the mod may be redundant for some players.
  • Only affects meat piles, not other lootable containers.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Fallout 76 players who farm nuke events and hate losing legendary loot because meat piles blend into the environment. If you're tired of squinting through the red haze, this is a must-have. Skip if you're fine with the vanilla visibility or if you're playing on a version where Bethesda's own fix is already in place.
