These are updated nude EVB textures and meshes for Ghoul NPC characters, Credits for the textures go to Slinxx all I did was port them to Fallout 76 and fix any issues that come with porting them.
I only just recently returned to Fallout 76 for the fishing update and felt like I should fix the Male glowing head issue since players can now be ghouls.
If you want them to be naked you will need my Nudify Appalachia mod to remove clothes!!!
