I found that the other unlimited settlement object budget mods were kind of hacky and required too much user input so I decided to make my own. This mod will set the budget of the settlement that you are in to very high values and reset your current object count to 0 every time you close the settlement menu, effectively making it infinite.
FAQ Are there any mod conflicts? This mod only contains 1 new quest object and 1 new script. It does not modify anything in the base game so no, there shouldn't be any conflicts
Save game bloating? The script itself is relatively simple and it's pretty difficult to argue that the impact on performance or on your save is nothing more than negligible.
How do I use this mod? You don't have to do anything. It works "out of the box".
