The Colonial - Classy Diamond City Apartment This mod adds a nice, classic apartment just near the entrance gate to the Diamond City. It was refurbished after the war by the DC citizens, so the walls are of course green and there is a lot of baseball memorabilia around the place. The apartment is divided into two floors: first one being the living area and the second, located under it is a workbench/storage room with a bathroom. There is a lot of custom, labeled containers and workbenches. Also present is a terminal and a custom surgery mirror, which you can use to change your appearance. Also, there is a small buildable area which you can access via an elevator. The apartment has a day/night cycle and weather effects. That means if there is a radstorm going on outside, you'll see the flashes on the windows and the sky you can see from the rooflight. Don't worry about radiation though, it won't affect you at all. Finally, if you don't like sitting inside, you can go on the roof relaxing area which has a pool and working lounge chairs.
