This is a Lore Friendly restoration of Taffington Boathouse. The former tenants have done a pretty good job of keeping the place clean.
ITS TIME!!
Ok the CK has gone into open beta so we have been busy updating all the Rebuilds to fix known issues and fully fix some issues that were incomplete. Navmesh was the biggest culprit in the series by far, but it was NOT all that we addressed. With that in mind, for this release (and most likely from now on if it's useful) I will provide a Change Log on each mods page. Check it and if you know of an issue we missed send me a PM or post it in the comments and it will get included in the next release. Please take note that the "Real" glass in the windows got pushed to the next release since I am the slowest person on the planet with NifScope and did not want to have you guys wait another month for CK fixes since some of them were so pressing.

Announcement: New member of the Rebuilt Team. robboten has joined us as the resident Mesh and Texture expert and the nice new doorway out to the new porch at Croup Manor is his premier to modding. Do please welcome him and his work. He does things neither Lapdragon nor I can't even think about with image resources. He is busy working on some new parts for the kits we use on these Rebuilt mods to make the whole thing nicer.
This is the second in my Rebuilt Series, the other one is Rebuilt Croup Manor. This Is NOT a save game, and the Taffington Settlement is yours to do with as you please. The largest fix for the Lore Friendly version is the roof, its Great for any settlement style you want there.
Some Details. 1. This uses only vanilla parts to restore the home. 5. You can fast travel from inside the house. If you place the fast travel target inside the house in build mode you can fast travel into the house also.
