Adds a new Raider Base and gang to explore and overcome.
Located between Wilson Atomatoys Corporate HQ and D. B. Technical High School, the once abandoned apartment complex has some new tenants. A raider gang following Adam, an excommunicated member of the children of Atom, has been causing trouble for anyone unfortunate enough to cross them.
This mod adds a large apartment complex controlled by a raider gang and infested by feral ghouls. there are twists, traps, and macabre delights to be had while exploring these once fine apartments. while not Canon this mod is lore friendly. This mod does require all DLCs to be owned and installed to function properly
