Dr Myers Lab (Lore Friendly-ish Vault 81 Cure)

So, this is my first mod I've ever made, so any critique is very appreciated!

Anyways I made this because I wanted a mostly lore friendly solution to my molerat disease problem.

There are already a couple lore-friendly-ish mods that solve this very problem, but I wanted to actually work for it. not just craft it. Thus spawns this mod.

- Why It's sorta lore friendly

Dr Myers lab was a medical lab, and they were researching cures for diseases. One of the researchers, Dr. Amelia Myers, had a great idea to combine all the cures into one. She was told to start researching this by her boss right before the bombs fell, then she, and everyone else, was trapped inside the facility. With nothing else to do, she decided "Why not continue making the cure?" so she continued researching it, and after about 100 or so years it was finished! (Oh yeah she became a ghoul too)

Right before you come to the place gunners decided to check out the place for loot.

P. S. It says it requires all the DLC, but I didn't use any DLC objects or scripts or anything, so I believe you can load it without all DLC (Not tested please tell me if it breaks everything)
