Insanity aka Salvage Site 13

This was a request from a dear friend that you all know as one the best builders  we have seen on the nexus...named "Gayles"

In this case he made his build using a non settlement workshop and asked me to make the location a fully functioning settlement.

Its like  making a shoe and then asking for a foot to fit into it :P

Ok it may not be a "ideal" location for some due to the fact that its in the glowing sea but with his blue print it becomes something  truly spectacular..

The build area is vast being over 12 cells  that even includes the Forgotten Church.

No resources aside from a hidden water source .(discover the area and you will find it )

Workshop is on a hill to your right when you get there.

(you can move it using various mods found on Nexus or use  console  and modpos commands)

It was all fully tested and works as intended...

Hoping to do more of these  co-op  type locations.....
