What Is It?
Tactical Accessory Compendium (TAC) is a compilation of all my previously-released mods that includes a total of 6 Headgear and 3 Eyewear options ( For male and female player characters and companions) from the following mods:
Headgear / Eyewear Customisation Options:
Each of the headgear and eyewear options feature a high level of customisation:
West-Tek (WTTO) Night Vision Features:
The much-requested white phosphor colour palette for WTTO's Night Vision modes has also been incorporated:
WTTO NVG instructions:
1) As with all West-Tek-enabled gear, find the WTTO Blueprints or spawn them via console.
2) Craft 'West-Tek Enabled" NVGs separately from your helmet of choice for functional NVGs.
3) Add a Vision Mode and Position (Up/Down) in Armour Workbench to the West-Tek Enabled NVGs (otherwise, there is no effect).
3) Craft the WTTO Hotkey Switch, and Bind it to a favourites slot.
5) Wear the damn thing and enjoy :)
For those experiencing issues with the WTTO Patch, please take note that the issue is largely self-correcting and due to an issue with Fallout 4 itself not loading the models at the same time rather than issues with this mod or WTTO.
To fix, you may try the following:
1) Toggle \ Cycle through the modes (using the hotkey toggle) repeatedly until the problem disappears (my recommended method and works 100% of the time)
2) Wait for some time for the game to be able to load the models
3) Alt-Tab might resolve the issue for some
4) Acquire Schematics and Craft WTTO-Enabled NVGs and Toggle Switch instead of spawning them in via console
Yes, the solution is literally turning them off/on until the problem goes away by itself.

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community favorite with 2,208 endorsements and 238k downloads
- One-stop pack for tactical headgear and eyewear—no need to grab separate mods
- Works for both genders and companions, so your whole squad can match
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2022—might have issues with the latest game patches
- Purely cosmetic—if you want stat changes or gameplay tweaks, this isn't it
For Fallout 4 players who want to deck out their character and companions with tactical headgear and eyewear without juggling multiple mods. If you're into military-style aesthetics and high customization, this is a solid pick. Skip if you're looking for gameplay-altering gear—this is all about looks.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's a compilation, make sure you don't have the individual mods installed to avoid conflicts.
- Use a mod manager like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2 to keep your load order clean and easily toggle the mod on/off.
- Check the mod's posts section for any compatibility notes with other armor mods or body replacers.
