📋 About This Mod

About this mod:

It makes your Settlements more immersive at night by periodically changing guards ("Night Shifts").

At 9 pm., "Night Shift Guards" are randomly chosen from all guards of the Settlement.

There are three night shifts (see work schedule below). At the end of each night shift the guards gets randomized again which means that a previously working night shift guard either chooses another Guard Post and continues on guarding or goes to sleep. In this latter case, another guard wakes up to fill in for the previous guard.

Daytime working hours are not affected by this mod.

Daily schedule of Daytime Guards:

Sleep hours: 12 midnight - 6 am

Relaxing: 6 am - 7 am

Guarding: 7 am - 9 pm

Daily schedule of Night Shift Guards:

First Shift: 9 pm - 12 midnight

Second Shift: 12 midnight - 3 am

Third Shift: 3 am - 6 am

Installation:

Whenever you like.

Update notes:

If you're updating from v1. 0 - v1. 3. to v1. 4 or higher, it is recommended to scrap all previously placed "Night Shift Guard Posts".
