- Adds a ton of life to settlements with 50 unique named NPCs, not just generic settlers.
- Passive bonuses and level 4 merchants give real gameplay value, not just cosmetic filler.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2017 — may have compatibility issues with current game patches or DLC updates.
- Requires the base game and all DLCs (Nuka-World, Far Harbor) to access all content, which might be a barrier for some players.
For Fallout 4 settlement builders who want more unique, named settlers with actual gameplay perks. Also for players who enjoy exploring the Commonwealth and recruiting interesting characters. Skip if you're on a strict vanilla playthrough or don't own the DLCs.
