FEATURES

Does NOT require The Rebuild Collection - Shared Resources
[/][]NEW Keypad: Instead of creating separate patches for a no repair option or easy scrapping, I have added a keypad next to the workbench that can be used to remove all shacks, trash, splines and repair all buildings with a few clicks. Using the keypad will not cost resources to repair and will also not grant resources when scrapping items. [/]
[]All Plugins are ESPs flagged as ESL: So none of them will take up a spot in your load order.[/]
[]Repairing Structures is Immersive: In workshop mode, highlight the plywood door by the building and hit Enter to repair it. [/]
[]Repair Costs: For now, all buildings have the same cost but each building does have a separate recipe. I may change the costs based on number of windows, walls, etc but for now the costs are pretty low. If anyone wants to create a patch to balance the costs I'm good with that.[/]
[]Opened Up 17 Buildings: There are 8 buildings in the alley proper and 9 on the outer block that have been opened up and ready for repair.[/]
[]Increased Build Area: The build area allows you to walk down the alley, through the apartment and around the block towards the river without leaving workshop mode. Includes a custom workshop border so you know where the area ends. I've also increased the build height. Attack markers have been moved outside the new build area.[/]
[]Landscaping: The landscape has been leveled and the asphalt replaced with gravel. This allows you to place crops.[/]
[]Lore-Friendly: I've tried to keep this as lore friendly as possible. The Alley will look very much like it does in vanilla when you arrive. Trash and all. Many buildings had to be taller due to the original meshes having upper floors that were too short so I had to increase the height for them.[/]
[]Trash Pickup: All the trash and ugly stuff is still there... but you can scrap it all! Either scrap it piece by piece or use the keypad next to the workbench.[/]
[]Raider Corpses: Can be scrapped.[/]
[]Navmesh: Fully navmeshed. I completely recreated the navmesh by hand in and around the alley (basically within the new workshop build area). I tested extensively (poor Dogmeat was constantly being ordered around). Navmesh inside buildings has been marked for no large creatures so you shouldn't get any brahmin hanging out.[/]

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 310 endorsements and over 11k downloads.
- Adds 17 new repairable buildings, giving you way more space to build.
- Previsbines generated means less performance hit than other settlement overhauls.
⚠️ Cons
- PRP patch is separate, so you'll need to grab that if you use PRP.
- Only affects Hangman's Alley, so if you're not into that settlement, this is a pass.
- Potential conflicts with other mods that alter Hangman's Alley or its precombines.
For Fallout 4 settlement builders who want to turn Hangman's Alley into a proper base. If you're tired of the cramped vanilla space and want more room to work with, this is for you. Skip if you don't use Hangman's Alley or prefer lore-friendly minimal changes.
💡 Beginner Tips
- If you use Previsibines Repair Pack (PRP), grab the PRP patch from the mod's files to avoid visual glitches.
- Make sure to load this mod after other settlement overhauls to avoid conflicts.
- Use a mod manager to install, and check the mod's forum for any known issues with other mods.
