Fortress of the Ten pines

I  thought  this  was  common  knowledge  but  i  guess  some people  dont  have  the  experience needed when  using  location mods.

So   im  going  to  say  it  again.

SAVE AWAY FROM THE LOCATION BEFORE LOADING THIS  OR  ANY  OTHER  LOCATION MOD.

Hmmmmm... where to begin ?

Ok how  about this....

Several years before the great war  stood  a majestic  fortress that had but one purpose and that  was ... the last line of defense  for this northern region.

Because  of its location  and elevation it also served  as a primary look out and its  signal fire  could be seen  for many miles in case other areas needed to be warned of invaders  but  as all locations similar to this one,when not needed  it ends up forgotten.

Thanks  to the curator of the Boston Museum  with  the funding of the military this beautiful location was brought back  to  life  if  only  as a place to visit and even stay for  a while  but  with one small catch.

The catch was that  if you stayed  you  had  to  live  as the  original inhabitants did  and  that  meant no  technology at  all.

As  a  fee  for  staying  you  were to help  with  the  restoration and preservation.

This little  arrangement  went  well  for  a  while  until  the  dreaded  day  of  the  bombs  came...

Again this historical location was  all most  forgotten  and all efforts to keep  it standing  and intact were all most lost  until a  few soldiers  and  some farmers "rediscovered" it  and made it their home.

The new inhabitants were astounded  buy  this well  preserved  location and knew  that  they  had  to  keep  it alive no matter  what...

It  wasnt  just  some walls  and  buildings but  a FORTRESS  that offered them  protection  from the evil that now roams the wasteland .

The signal fire  was again burning...but  now  it was a signal  or  call  to  those  that  needed a  home  and protection.

So  my  friends...there  you have it.

KEEP  THAT  SIGNAL FIRE BURNING!!!

Thats  all  im  going  to  say  about it...

It deserves to be discovered .

Some tech  stuff..

It should function as the vanilla settlement  without any issues   .(tested  and  everything seems fine)

Some frame loss  due  to  the  massive amount of   stuff i  put  in  this   build.... but  its  mostly  when  looking  at  the  center   from further out. (i  get  about  35-40 frames  at  its worst  but  hit  80-100+  most  of  the  time  ).

There is water,food  and power  (water and power  under  ground hidden  in a  "secret"  room) <
