Information

What does it do:

• []Deletes the character's saves upon dying. Also known as "iron man" mode in other games[/]

  []Upon death a folder will be created using the player's name and internal ID inside the Permadeath folder (MO2 users can find it in Overwrite). This folder will contain a Obituary.txt file that will have a lot of information about the player at the time of death. Share these obituaries in the Forums tab for everyone to see![/]

  []Due to Nexus ToS there is an option in the .ini that will copy saves next to Obituary.txt. Make sure to also restore the .f4se files too as they're used by the Fallout 4 Script Extender. It is enabled by default to prevent funny little accidents (and to comply with Nexus), but in my opinion should be disabled for the best experience to prevent cheating[/]

  []I take no responsibility for any saves lost. This plugin has been extensively tested and worked fine for multiple people. You accept the (highly unlikely) risk of losing saves completely. Disable the plugin if you don't want to risk anything even if file copying setting is enabled in the .ini. Blame Windows/Microsoft if copying fails[/]
