Ondrea's Vanilla Tenpines Bluff (Transfer Settlements Blueprint)

Vanilla blueprint for Tenpines Bluff.  Built using only main game and DLC items.  This is a small outpost with beds for 12 settlers (including the two existing mattresses in the shack).  The clinic is Tier 3, while the remaining shops are Tier 2.  As with my other settlements, I do not like feeling closed in, so there are open spaces for breathing room or for building if you'd rather cram some more stuff in there.

This uses Slot #22 of Transfer Settlements.  Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in that slot or just want to assign it to a different slot.

The main structure is built around the destroyed shack in the back.  Just scrap the mattress and other few items laying about there.   I use Crimsonrider's Convenient Power.  If you don't use something similar, you will need to run power lines to certain turrets.   I use Revelation 21 6 which modifies water pump output to 10 instead of 3.  There are two water pumps included.  You may need to add more water sources.
