Warwick Homestead Lighthouse Nukade Blueprint (Vanilla) Requires only Transfer Settlement Mod and DL

This Blueprint installs to slot 7 by default.

You will need to find a way to scrap the beds in the large water plant (I used the console but nuking works) and probably the skeleton in the small water plant as it sometimes starts rattling. I used the wire glitch a lot, so you will want to let it automatically connect the power and not try and do it manually with this blueprint.

This settlement contains a lighthouse, a Nuka Arcade, warehouses, traders and some settler buildings.

You will need to have installed Transfer Settlements (I used v1. 47) and its pre-requisites: F4SE and HUDFramework.

The settlement has 28 beds, 170 water, 306 power, workstations, 9 shops and 258 defence. If you want to activate the settlement beacon it is at the top of the large new building block but you will need to attach the power.

The settlement ended up 5 times larger than the originally build limit. There are 3095 items to import,  so you may need to be patient. I did run this with a 280 amd gpu, and i7 2600k cpu and importing to a fresh build took me 11 minutes on average with wiring.
