Ondrea's Vanilla Scrappy Builds - Sanctuary (Transfer Settlements Blueprint)

This is a vanilla blueprint using only main game and DLC items.  Built to look a little less new and more makeshift based on limited resources.  The build is enclosed and extends from the bridge to the Sole Survivor's home.  There are 23 beds, 28 food, 40 water, defense for 5 guards, all Tier 3 Trading Emporiums, and a T2 clinic which functions as a church lectern.  In addition to the homes and shops, there's a swimming pool and church (credit to Mr. E for those ideas and inspiration), special homes designed for the Concord group, and a collection room for the sole survivor.

This uses Slot #20 of Transfer Settlements.  Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in that slot or wish to assign it to a different slot.

Prior to import, scrap everything that's scrappable in a vanilla game to free up resources.  I use Scrap Zapper 2.  Also, scrap those few food plants behind the main house with the workbench since that area is somewhat walled off from the rest of the settlement.  As you can see towards the end of my video below, I forgot to do this as Marcy is peeking through the window.
