Ondrea's Vanilla Egret Tours Marina

Vanilla blueprint for Egret Tours Marina using only main game and DLC items.  This is a small settlement with 11 beds that I sometimes use as a Brotherhood settlement, with one of the locals running an old-fashioned general goods store (Tier 3).  There's also a Tier 3 weapons store and Tier 2 restaurant and clinic.

Scrap the interior of the main building, but leave the desk with the computer and the furniture to the left of it.   Leave all the fences.  Nothing is built inside the big barn except for some generators upstairs so you can leave the junk or scrap to free up build space.  More generators are in the small boathouse.  Much in there can't be scrapped except for the boat.

This uses Slot #22 of Transfer Settlements.  Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in that slot or just want to assign it to a different slot.
