No Minutemen Radiant Quests

This mod is designed foe those who do not like getting stupid infinite Minutemen radiant quests and prefer to be left alone and keep the questlog clean from garbage.

So this mod cleans the MM radiant quest pool and sets max active recruitement quests to 0 instead od 3.

This way Preston will never say that there is another settlement that needs your help, he'll only say that he'll let you know if there is (he never will) and the Radio Freedom will always say that everything is quiet around the Commonwealth so no garbage quests for you.

It also disables the quests which you can get from the random settlements to become their owner, the settlers will not offer you any missions (except Greensking which you can get at The Slog - it works as a one-time done-and-gone quest).

Such quests as Out of the Fire, Returning the Favor or Troubled Waters are untouched and work just fine when you talk to the quest givers to get them.

! Taking Independence can be started right after you leave Fort Hagen. You can talk to Preston then and he'll offer to take The Castle back !

If you have already killed Kellogg, you can use the console command to trigger it: setstage 0003A457 20 (The quest will not appear in your questlog, you'll need to talk to Preston first)
