Turns repeating Institute radiant quests into one time done-and-gone side quests with fixed locations for doing them.
If you don't like the idea of infinitely repeating never-ending quests - this mod is for you.
It makes Institute radiant quests act as normal side quests which you can only finish once and never return to them again.
It laso adds fixed locations to some of these quests in a convinient way for you to do them.
The quests and locations assigned to them are:
Appropriation - Random Place (Vanilla)
Reclamation - Back Street Apparel
Pest Control - Mass Pike Tunnel
Hypothesis - Trinity Plaza
