Nested Hotkeys

This mod introduces 48 hotkeys, enhancing your gameplay with customizable hotkey panels.

Just like the vanilla favorites system, even weapons of the same type can be managed individually as favorites.

Vanilla Compatibility

• []Favorites appear in the Pip-Boy like vanilla, and you can mark individual firearms as favorites too.

• []Assign up to 8 hotkeys per category using the dedicated UI.

• []Open a category’s hotkey panel and press a number to use an item.

• []Adjust HUD and layout options to create your perfect setup.

  Old-Gen or Next-Gen users, please use the Main version from the Files tab.

  AE or latest version users, please use the AE edition.

  This mod is not compatible with Favorite Menu Ex.

  Version 1. 1. 3 Update:

  • []Added "Slow Game Time When Panel Is Open" option in MCM to slow game speed while the panel is open.

    To use the mod, first find the 'Nested Hotkeys' section in the MCM. Here, you can register the hotkey to access the settings menu.

    When you open the settings menu, a screen like the one above will appear. The menu is divided into two main sections: the inventory menu on the right and the Hotkey settings menu on the left.

    • []Select an item from your inventory and click a hotkey slot to register it.

      []Click “Get Hotkey Item” to receive an item that opens this category’s hotkey panel.

      []Use the “Count” button on a hotkey slot to adjust the number of slots.

      Open a panel with your registered items by using the Hotkey Item.

      Press the number key to use an item.

      Items display either owned count or ammo count depending on type.

      The panel auto-closes after 3 seconds, or press Tab, Esc, or an unassigned number to close it instantly

      Open the “HUD Settings” menu to customize your hotkey panel.

      • []Vertical Alignment sets the reference point for adding or removing entries.

        []Slot X Shift moves slots left or right.

      • Slot X Curve curves the slots based on the vertical alignment.
