Icicles began as a simple environmental mod to add some wintry charm to the Commonwealth. Hanging off various telephone poles, buildings, and billboards, icicles can be destroyed as a fun little activity for those who enjoy some mild destruction. Just be careful... don't stand underneath a falling icicle... it can cause serious injury. They can also be collected and thrown (like a grenade), freezing enemies.
Optionally, it can be integrated with Seasons Framework, and the icicles will only appear during winter.
