Higher Female Children Voice

This mod is an attempt to address the fact that female children in Fallout 4, despite being less than 4. 5 feet tall and attending elementary school, sound at best like they're fixing to graduate from high school.  (I will also add that anyone who is ostensibly 15 years old, the age of the voice actress, is generally not as short as an elementary school student.)  The processing I employed puts the voice in line with the children found in Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

New in v1. 1b: Added Marlene's holotape(s), Ladies Auxiliary Tape(s), and Julia Thompson.  A note about the latter two: Miya Horcher, the voice actress responsible for most of the children in the game, was not used for these bits of dialogue.  Instead, what it sounds like is two different voice actresses in their 30s trying to closely imitate the voice of a child.  Regrettably, part of this imitation effort was a thin, nasal quality that sounds quite artificial.  Modifications of the result can only push the voices in the direction of an actual child; they cannot eliminate this artificial quality.  The result is nonetheless better than the original, in my opinion.  (Version 1. 1b fixes a flaw that existed in version 1. 1.)

New in v1. 2: Added Nat, Piper's younger sister.  Also added Nina Rodriguez to the package.  I had originally left Nat's voice alone, since by default it sounds more or less childlike.  But I was recently prompted to re-investigate, and I've concluded that the vanilla voice doesn't fit the apparent age.  So I've tweaked it.  Users interested in retaining the original voice are free to use v1. 1b.

I do not know about any further female child voices which may need modification.

Installation (as of 2016-3-21):

1. Follow the Fallout 4 Mod Installation guide to learn the latest method for setting up custom mods.

2. Patch 1. 3 eliminated transparent support for .bsa archives, and there still is no way of creating .ba2 archives, so here are the options for installing as I understand them (copied from the mod thread).  I have not found the time to test them.
