📋 About This Mod
[ DESCRIPTION ]
Tired of being a General with no army, a Sentinel with no back-up, a Director with no authority? Fallout Commander or FCOM makes those empty titles mean something by putting you in control of your faction's forces. Call in troops and organize them into squads, give orders, and lead them into battle. Keep your troops alive and watch them gain veterancy to unlock powerful perk bonuses as they fight alongside you. Then dismiss them, set a home location, or turn them into settlers. The choices are yours, Commander.
After installation two new items will be added to your inventory, the "WesTek Command Radio" under Aid items and a "Command Radio Field Manual" holotape under Misc. The command radio is what you will use to operate the mod and control units, while the manual contains some basic instructions on what the mod does and how to use it. You can also craft these items at a chem bench.
[ REQUIREMENTS ]
Automatron, Far Harbor, and Nuka World DLCs.

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust: 10,811 endorsements and 735k downloads show it's proven.
- Adds a whole new layer of strategy to faction gameplay.
- Still updated as of late 2023, so it's actively maintained.
⚠️ Cons
- Description is vague—no details on which factions are supported or how commands work.
- May conflict with other faction or companion mods, though not specified.
For Fallout 4 players who want to lead armies instead of just fighting alone. If you're into settlement building or role-playing as a high-ranking officer, this is a must-try. Skip if you prefer solo stealth or don't care about faction warfare.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Start with a small squad to learn the command system before deploying large forces.
