Replaces Diamond City guards with Western Operator uniforms and gear.
This is another faction outfit replacer, this time for Diamond City guards. DC Guards now are equipped with unforms and gear from Sm4llD4gg3r.

[]DC Guards now wear Olive Drab uniforms with matching Green Vests and NATO Patches.

]DC Guards Helmets are Green Painted with NATO Patches and some have Multicam Covers. - DC Guards may wear Balaclavas as well.
This was another quick mod to help give DC guards a better Faction outfit that IMO matches a Peacekeeping force trying to keep order in Boston's Final large civilian outpost.
