A quick side-mod to release, as I messed around with this mod a bit for my own thing. You guys can have the scraps.
You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Triggermen/DC/Caravan Guards (or just use the resurrect command on them). Newly spawned Triggermen/DC/Caravan Guards should work as intended.
