This batch file and PDF instructions Semi-Automatically pack 5 HD textures mods together: FlaconOil's Complete Retexture Project, Langleys HD Textures Workshop, High Resolution Texture Pack 2K and 4K - Valius, NMC's Texture Bundle, and Lucid's Texture Upgrades. Combining these into 1 mod gives the performance of BA2 files and no conflicts.
All the other assets conflicts are strictly won by which mod is lower.
Please reference the mods linked in the credits section to see all the amazing textures these guys made.
