📋 About This Mod
NOTE, READ: WMK is now -FULLY- compatible! Description ========================================================================================= Like the title says, this mod basically aims on creating a more realistic feel of the weaponry in Fallout that use bullets. What this mod does is change the bullet projectile speed of EVERY single gunpowder-based bullet in the game with its real life counterparts, I\'ve basically calculated the real life measurements into Bethesda\'s measurements and edited them in the game! Long story short, the bullets travel at the same speed like they do in real life. This makes bullets more deadly and of course, a lot faster than in the vanilla game. I\'ve provided different versions that are compatible with WMK and versions that have tracers or no tracers, tracers are the yellow things you see flying by when you shoot a bullet in Fallout, whilst in real life you\'ll rarely or never see such a thing. I have also uploaded an optional file that makes all laser and plasma projectiles faster, as I have no real life measurements to fall back on I will listen to feedback from all of you! If anyone has any bugs or problems to report, please comment! This mod does -NOT- edit any of the laser or plasma projectiles, or anything that has to do with energy weapons in general! It only modifies bullet projectiles! Here are the measurements, if anyone is interested: Bethesda\'s Measurements: 7 units = 10cm 21. 3 units = 1ft 64 units = 1 yard 70 units = 1 meter 128 units = 6ft (Height of default adult NPCs) 4096 units = 1 game cell 10,000 units = 142 meters (Default range of some guns) Real Life Measurements converted into Bethesda\'s: Shotgun Shell = 458 m/s = 32253. 52112676056 5mm = 640 m/s = 46070. 42253521127 10mm = 490 m/s = 34507. 04225352113 32cal = 282 m/s = 19859. 15492957746 44 magnum = 391 m/s = 27535. 21126760563 556mm = 940 m/s = 66197. 18309859155 . 308 Caliber Round = 860 m/s = 60563. 38028169014 Requirements ========================================================================================= For the regular version nothing WMK version requires WMK. Install ========================================================================================= Copy the files inside of the RAR into your Fallout/ Data folder and activate it in FOMM or the Fallout Launcher, be sure you load this mod AFTER WMK if you\'re using the WMK compatible version! Compatibility ========================================================================================= This mod should be compatible with ALL mods, unless said mod edits the values of projectiles, no serious issues should occur even if they would conflict.
