READ THIS: When you extract the ones from the textures link, be sure to make a "nvdlc04" folder in the "textures" folders of Fallout 3. If you don't, the textures will be placed in a folder called "ADAM" and it won't work.

The only thing you won't have are the icons that the items normally have, enjoy!
