Quieter Nuka-Cola Sign

A really simple mod that I'm mainly uploading for my own sake, so I don't have to redo it the next time I install Fallout 3. It makes the sound of the Nuka-Cola Sign much quieter, as I found it annoying when using Smokindan's brilliant SDs Megaton House Trophies, which adds the sign to the Megaton player house after finishing the corresponding quest. Note that the plugin can be merged with the Bashed Patch if using one.

Install ======= 1. Extract the files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\ 2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary. 3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp. Alternatively, use FOMM, Nexus Mod Manager or Wrye Bash and place a checkmark beside the .esp.

Uninstall ========= 1. Delete the files associated with the mod in (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\ Incompatibility =============== None that I know of.
