Quieter and Smaller Wadsworth

A really simple mod that I'm mainly uploading for my own sake, so I don't have to redo it the next time I install Fallout 3. It makes Wadsworth a bit smaller (Scale 0. 67) and lowers its idle sound quite a bit, as I found it annoying, especially when listening to Galaxy News Radio. Note that the plugin can be merged with the Bashed Patch if using one.
