The weapons are added to leveled lists - they can be looted from containers, enemies and bought from vendors.
There are also two unique weapons
Unique locations
Automatic Chinese Pistol - Collapsed overpass highway thing close to the Springvale school.
Silenced Scoped Hunting Rifle - In Wheaton Armory.
Compatibility
Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch - compatible and recommended.
Iron sight aiming support, if you have Iron Sights Plus installed.
Goodies - Patch available. Not needed with the script version.
Simplified Fallout 3 Retexture Project - Patch available.

Requirements
Adds weapons to leveled list and form list by directly editing vanilla records.
Mods changing or adding weapons to vanilla repair- and leveled lists can conflict with this mod.
I recommend using FO3Edit to see if there are any conflicts. And if necessary, make a custom patch for your load order.
