Hey guys, I just uploaded a tutorial including pictures and instructions on how to creat custom weapon interfaces! I don\'t know how good I am at describing, but hope it helped. Start your Fallout 3 Launcher, click \'Data Files\', run your FalloutLauncher and place a checkmark beside the .esp file. Uninstall ========= 1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file. 2.
