No just barrels, but light sources with day/night cycle like:
Megaton: The light from the globe from the Church of Atom and the reflectors at the gate inside. Outside: the entrance reflectors.
Little Lamplight: The light from the minner mole mascot iluminates the area.
Outcast Outpost (DLC): The reflectors from the construction site near the elevator.
Paradise Falls: The espectacular with the logo have light.
Citadel: One light just at the entrance little door... but most important: the building outside have lights on the windows. Looks great!
I took special attention to the light sources to ensure they didn't interfere with each other.
