Agrarian Apocalypse

Agrarian Apocalypse If you're like me, you've no doubt played Fallout 3 and asked yourself the question; "What the heck do these people eat?!". With the fabulous models provided by d_ivanov, I aim to answer that question. Over 650 instances of crops were added across the Capital Wasteland in nearly every majorly populated area. Cities, Towns, Raider Outposts, almost all of them now have farms or gardens, most of which have a unique trait to the city in question. Canterbury Commons, for instance, has used piles of trash as fertilizer for it's gardens.

Megaton Rivet City Raven Rock Big Town The Citadel Tenpenny Tower Arefu Grayditch The Republic of Dave Agatha's Shack The Temple of the Union Paradise Falls The Cliffside Shacks and countless other raider encampments and small settlements!

• []Are there any non-farming related changes?

To make Megaton's farm a bit more unique, I added a half buried airstrip that they built their farm on top of. This not only solves the problem of adding the oft-mentioned but never seen airport where Megaton salvaged it's plane parts, but it also makes for an interesting bit of scenery both inside and outside Megaton.

• What exactly are these crops???

The Modders Resource describes them as Mutfruit plants. However, I thought the idea of fruit growing off a stalk was a bit silly, so I removed it. Instead, just consider them to be some vaguely mutated crop of some sort. Wheat? Corn? Who knows! The point is that they're being farmed!

Installation:

Drag the files into the Data folder. I highly recommend running Fo3LODGEN afterwards, but if you can't it won't kill you.
