The 'with the opposite sex' phrase in the description has been changed to be specific about men and women, but the names and icons remain the same. I have tested it on characters and you do indeed get access to the dialogue options, although the text may not always make sense given your character's gender (changing that would be a whole lot more work).
How to use: Drop it in the data folder and enable it via the launcher. If you check it once it WILL be loaded, even if it doesn't have the checkmark next to it when you look at the data files screen again.
