Fallout 3 WAV Converter
Simple tool to convert all Fallout 3 .ogg sound files into .wav sound files.
Useful for modding using vanilla sound files.
Reduces stuttering.
Run the tool, select your base game folder and press the decompress button.
The tool converts all .ogg sound files into .wav sound files.
Since this causes sound files to increase in size, the MenuVoices.bsa and Voice.bsa are split into multiple BSAs.
Edits the FalloutPrefs.ini and FalloutCustom.ini to add the new BSAs.
MAKE SURE THAT THE FOLLOWING INI SETTINGS ARE SET IN FalloutPrefs.ini and FalloutCustom.ini (FalloutCustom.ini requires Command Extender):
Bold Text are what is edited and added to the previously mentioned INIs.
Text that isn't in bold is still required.
