I got tired of continuously searching the internet for the fix every time I install this game. So I made this simple patch to make it work on windows 7 and 8. Compiled from all the solutions online.
This is still one of my favorite bethesda games of all time besides the Elder Scrolls Series All the wonderful people on the internet that have uploaded the D3D9.dll file and have suggested the INI Edits to make it work on multicore processors. I have went through a couple of these "D3D9.dll's" and found one that worked.
