This mod add\'s a large three story town house to Fairfax. Fairfax is the ruin\'s of a pre-war town located south of Megaton. The house has three floor\'s, four bedroom\'s and four bathroom\'s. Special features include, Window view from every window and light switches for every room! The house contains two jukeboxes that allow you to choose a song to play, and there is a maid that you can hire from Uncle Roe in Canterbury Commons The Maid: She can be hired from Uncle ROe in Canterbury Commons, the furniture will remain in a \"filthy\" state until she is asked to clean the house. The out door plant will not appear unless you ask her to plant them aswell. Notes: The puppy won\'t appear until you hire the maid Thanks to, The 3rd Type for the banner Meo for the new bed textures The ORE/FORE community for the encouragment (you guys are awesome!)
