Consumables apart from runes and hp and fp flasks are changed to be unlimited. Wondrous flask of physick is unlimited. Ceremonial pot, cracked pot and perfume bottle craftable items are also unlimited. Crucially, baldachin's blessing is made discardable.
To load the mod into the game you're going to need Mod Engine 2 which is available elsewhere. This mod's regulation bin file goes into the mod folder in Mod Engine 2. Launch the game with Mod Engine 2 and you should have the mod working.
