Halves smithing stones' price in Twin Maiden Husks. You can choose to change only one pricing or both.
I will not provide an entire regulation.bin file, only the CSVs for merging. You can search for tutorials on using DSMapStudio or other tool to modify/merge regulation.bin files.
The CSVs contain only the changed lines inside ShopLineupParam. CSV. You can import it to a modified ShopLineupParam and it will not conflict with other mods that modify the ShopLineupParam. CSV.
