📋 About This Mod

This mod overhauls the colossal sword moveset in order to give the player more fluid, powerful, and entrancing ways to kill. The mod also includes a complementary replacement for Quickstep, upping the ante even further.

Notes on the moveset:

One-handed:

The standing R1 sequence is fairly standard -- it's solid, reliable, and maintains the character of the weapon. Credit to trollaxethrowerr for these anims.

Charged R2s supercharge the player's sword arm, allowing you to swing this heavy weapon much faster than normal. Credit to Angel Dasha for these.

Dodge attack: Tyrant's Summit: deliver two heavy strikes with a blood-coated blade as you leap into the air and pivot toward your target.

Backstep attack: Bloody Slashes: it's like Bloody Slash, but now there are two.

Sprinting R1: the default sprinting R1, but faster.

Sprinting R1: Preemption: the blink attack from Bloodhound's Finesse, but faster.

Two-handed:

The standing R1 sequence is replaced with a charging attack that knocks foes skyward, followed by a heavy cleave, concluding with Lion's Claw as the finisher.

Charged R2s remain fairly standard, again to retain some semblance of the weapon's character. Trollaxethrowerr's anims. However, I've given the 'Greatsword' colossal sword something special for its 2-handed charged R2s: a bit of a juggle or aerial combo, with an insanely fast Lion's Claw designed to strike enemies while they're still midair from your first, upward swing.

Dodge attack: the 3-hit portion of Double Slash.

Backstep attack: Eochaid Dancing Blade, but turning is now enabled mid-attack.

Sprinting R1: Crimson Moonfall: it works like Thundercloud Form, but has mostly new visuals and sound. Has i-frames.

Sprinting R2: Omnicide: it works like Wolf's Assault, but it includes the legendary slashing attacks from Destined Death, and new visuals/sound.

Quickstep revamp:

Forward: Nightstep: ultra-fast teleport/blink skill with i-frames and no damage.

Backward: Creeping Death: transform into a slow-moving, invulnerable cloud of black mist, and position yourself to deliver the killing blow.

Left: Lord of Shadows: maximum edge. Teleport around invisibly, cutting foes down with Destined Death slashes, while projecting an afterimage that stands in the most disrespectful manner possible. Best used as a follow-up to either of the two abilities just named.

Right: Sanguine Crescent: like Sweep but with higher poise

TAEs changed: a26, a136, a755

Regulation.bin param changed: BehaviorParam_PC. I used rows 400000100 through 400000150 for my changes.

Quirks and disclaimers:
