New Idle Animations

This is a giant folder of idle animations, most from NPCs, some from enemies. Use them to replace the current idle animations for screenshots, goofing off, or whatever. Some are really great lmao (Rya)

Because they're barebones animation files, installation is a bit more involved. Let me know in the comments if you run into issues.

If you figure out where any in the "unknown" folder are from, let me know!

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Download Yabber 1. 3. 1 from this link: https://github.com/JKAnderson/Yabber/releases

put it in its own directory

2. Open the folder you put Yabber in

3. Copy the oo2core_6_win64.dll file from Elden Ring's directory, and put it into the Yabber "lib" folder.

4. Navigate to the included (or use your own) "c0000_a00_lo.anibnd.dcx" file and copy it to the same folder containing Yabber.exe. Afterwards, drag this copy over the Yabber.exe file. This will "unpack" this file and create a new folder in the Yabber directory called c0000_a00_lo.anibnd-dcx.

5. In that new folder, dig into it and get to the file path c0000_a00_lo-anibnd-dcx\GR\data\INTERROOT_win64\chr\c0000\hkx\a00_lo_compendium

6. Navigate to the idles folder and copy the desired .hkx file and paste it into step 5's \a00_lo_compendium folder. Click yes to overwrite.

7. Now drag the c0000_a00_lo.anibnd-dcx folder over Yabber.exe. This will "repack" that folder back into a single c0000_a00_lo.anibnd.dcx file.

8. In Mod Engine 2's "mod" folder, make a "chr" folder. (if there's already one there, skip this step)

9. Simply put the c0000_a00_lo.anibnd.dcx file generated in step 6 into the chr folder in Mod Engine 2's mod folder.

IMPORTANT:

The tutorial replaces the one handed normal idle. If you want to replace different idles, follow the above instructions but rename the HKX file and put it into a different folder. Here are the differences:

If you want to replace the one handed heavy idle, rename the animation to a002_000000.hkx and paste it into the c0000_a0x-anibnd-dcx folder.

If you want to replace the one handed spear/polearm idle, rename the animation to a003_000000.hkx and paste it into the c0000_a0x-anibnd-dcx folder.

If you want to replace the two handed normal idle, rename the animation to a010_000000.hkx and paste it into the c0000_a1x-anibnd-dcx folder.

If you want to replace the two handed heavy idle, rename the animation to a012_000000.hkx and paste it into the c0000_a1x-anibnd-dcx folder.

If you want to replace the two handed spear/polearm idle, rename the animation to a013_000000.hkx and paste it into the c0000_a1x-a
