Hinokami - Firebending Samurai Moveset

A foreign katana stained from a lifetime of war. The handle is warm to the touch, and evokes the terror of an unquenchable flame.

A heretical blessing allows the user to bend fire as an extension of their will.

However, without a clear mind and focused soul, the wielder will quickly succumb to the flame and perish.

Battle-worn katana with a uniquely patterned blade. Cursed with a wicked ancient fire, and can be summoned and desummoned from the flames at will.

Backstep attacks switch between forms

One-Handed Form: Ashina Style

Wield the heretical blade with single-minded intent to kill. Isshin Ashina katana moveset.

Extremely effective against single targets.

Charged heavy attack and transform attack ignites blade

Two-Handed Form: Firebending

Focus the soul and draw the flame from within. Full firebending martial arts moveset.

Extremely effective against groups of enemies.

Unique Skill: Foresight

Hesitation is defeat. Instantly sidestep to dodge an incoming attack, then follow up with a strong attack to return a devastating counter.

  []The one-handed moveset regularly uses both hands during attacks, and is designed to be used with either a sacred seal or nothing in the left hand.
