This mod is DLC ready!!!
This mod is a "remake" of sorts of the fantastic mod
Force dynamic shadows at Elden Ring Nexus - Mods and Community(nexusmods.com) by chainfailure.
UPDATE 0. 9. 1 for ER 1. 16
Updated for ER update 1. 16
This mod is a WIP, so there will be bugs here and there.
• All torches, lantern and other static light sources cast real time dynamic shadows on everything (90% of objects) in the game.
• The light from the lantern is placed directly in front of the lantern for a much more realistic lighting.
• The torches now work at any time. (whether raised up or not)
This is a WIP, there are some minor bugs here and there, but it works perfectly for the most part. I will continue to update this as I continue to work out the bugs.
Installation:
• Needs Mod Engine 2. (Releases · soulsmods/ModEngine2 (github.com))
• Put the regulation.bin and the sfx folder in the "mod" folder as per usual mod installs.
• Launch the game with launchmod_eldenring.bat.
